All return and exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Item Condition

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all three conditions below:

โœ“Unused and unwashed โ€” item has not been worn or laundered
โœ“All original tags still intact and attached
โœ“In its original packaging as received

Proof of Purchase & Unboxing Video

Every claim requires an unboxing video โ€” without it, the claim cannot be processed. Please share the following via our customer support WhatsApp number:

Eligibility for Exchange

Please read the size chart carefully before placing your order. The following conditions apply:

โœ“Quality, fitting, or sizing issues are not eligible for exchange unless the entire sizing dispatched is incorrect.
โœ“If any customisation is missed from our end, our team will make the necessary rectification.
โœ“For size concerns โ€” once a claim is raised, we will brief you on how to proceed. Resolution requires your full co-operation.
โœ“Once our team approves the exchange, your replacement will be dispatched only after the original item is received at our dispatch centre.
โœ“All of the above conditions apply to every product in our catalogue.

โœ—Items with removed, damaged, or missing tags
โœ—Requests raised after 3 days of delivery

โœ—Mild colour variance due to photography lighting, screen resolution, or natural fabric dye variation โ€” inherent in handcrafted textiles
โœ—Minor imperfections from fabric loom โ€” a natural characteristic of handwoven and handcrafted cotton apparel

All outfits at LabelWink are custom fitted and undergo a 3-level quality check before dispatch. Owing to the bespoke nature of our products, no refunds are applicable under any circumstances. Exchange is the only recourse, subject to the eligibility conditions above.
